FAR/BAR Contract

AKA “purchase and sale agreement“, “PSA”, “offer contract”.

The document drafted, revised, and utilized by the Florida Association of Realtors® (“FAR”) and Florida Bar (“BAR”). 

The form contract most commonly used by Florida real estate agents and attorneys to present the terms and conditions of an offer and once agreed to is the legally binding agreement.
